CreativeForger ("we", "our", "us") operates creative.videoforger.com. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data.
Account Information: Email, name, authentication credentials. OAuth providers share name, email, and profile picture.
Product Data: URLs and screenshots you provide are temporarily processed by AI to generate ad creatives.
Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, ad generation requests.
To provide the Service, process ad generation requests, send account emails, improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations.
We use Anthropic (Claude AI) for creative analysis and script generation, Google/Microsoft/Apple OAuth for authentication, and LemonSqueezy for payments. Anthropic does not use your data to train models.
Account data is retained while active. Generated ad videos are retained on our servers. Request deletion at hello@videoforger.com.
All data transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords hashed with bcrypt. Credentials provided for site capture are used in-session only and never stored.
Access, correct, delete, object to processing, or request portability. Contact hello@videoforger.com.
